The office building where I work is covered with natural wooden panels that has aged with the sun and some rain. The texture and color produce pleasing looks for the eyes.
Using light painting, a wall, and multiple exposures, I was able to imprint the texture of a wall onto a long exposure photo of light painting. Once that is done, I added another exposure to the current image to have a mix of fun details. This is all one by the camera, no special manipulation...
